Laser hair removal for deeper and tanned skin tones has been a challenge for Australian therapists for decades. Now, Alma Soprano Titanium say they’ve solved the problem – and they’ve hit Australian shores.
Laser hair removal system Alma Soprano Titanium has reached Australian shores. The innovative system is “virtually pain-free” and can be used to treat self-tanned, sun-tanned and deeply melanated skin tones.
With 20 million consumers globally (Kim Kardashian and Victoria Beckham amongst them) Alma Soprano Titanium is a leader in the category.
Tal Uzan, GM at Alma Australia, said of the launch: “We are thrilled to bring Alma to Australians. Alma is the world’s most popular and efficient hair removal system. We have treated millions of people safely and effectively globally. We are excited to offer pain-free treatments to ALL Australians wanting safe and effective hair removal treatment. The Australian sun is very aggressive. We finally have technology that can remove hair on tanned skin.”
The Alma Soprano Titanium uses three lasers and gliding motion that heats the skin and cools it simultaneously. With additional cooling, high repetition and low energy pulses, the skin remains protected throughout the hair removal process.
Sia Henry, founder of You By Sia says, “After 18 years in the laser hair removal industry, and being one of the very first pioneers, I knew there had to be a better way when it came to Laser Hair Removal. I experienced multiple hurdles with laser hair removal for myself as a business owner, clients, and therapists. They say if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, but what if there was a better way? Then I came across the Almas Soprano Titanium. I have never looked back. The technology offers faster treatments, the ability to treat ALL skin types, virtually painless, and we can treat ALL year round!”
Tal told PB that the Alma Soprano was the first to safely treat sun-tanned skin, and Fitzpatrick skin types 1 through to 6. Historically, laser hair removal on deeper skin tones has been challenging. Tal tells PB that their trials in South Africa have provided Alma with their “largest support base” of loyal customers.
For the busy client, it’s the perfect option – Tal tells PB: “It’s so quick you can have it on your lunch break!”
